ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts is required, and regular communication is essential. You must work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), with a minimum of one shift in 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination. You will attend a Target orientation and complete structured training. The myTime app is used to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on providing exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting store offerings and loyalty programs. Your role involves creating a welcoming environment, assisting with product and service inquiries, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Using knowledge of store products and services to assist guests
• Scanning, bagging, and processing transactions efficiently
• Supporting order pickup and drive-up services
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Following safety and compliance policies
