About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like, with flexible scheduling via our myTime app. Active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4-6 months to avoid termination.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings. Your day may include greeting guests, assisting with products and services, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest service by delivering the Target service standard
• Greet guests authentically and observe their needs
• Assist guests with products, services, and digital tools like Wallet and Target App
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support order pick-up, Drive Up, and registry services
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety policies and support cash and merchandise handling as needed

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a fun, energetic environment and providing excellent service
• Effective communication skills and a helpful attitude
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures
