ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required, with some flexibility for personal circumstances. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term structured training schedule. Afterward, you can select shifts through the app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through interaction and recovery. Knowledge of store capabilities and features to drive adoption and loyalty. Focus on making shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and pickup/delivery options.

Skills developed include:

• Performing other duties based on business needs
