About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Operate tools and systems efficiently, including scanning and bagging items
• Support various store functions such as order pickup, drive-up, and register operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
