About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement and response to contact attempts are required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service, greeting and assisting guests, and resolving concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately, scan and bag items efficiently, and promote store loyalty programs.
• Support various store functions, including order pickup, drive-up, and returns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
