About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months from December 2024), is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and support store services like order pickup and drive-up.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support cash handling, and assist with store operations as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and provide excellent guest service.

Additional Information
