ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Effective December 2024, at least one shift must be worked within 5 months to avoid termination.

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term training schedule. The myTime app is used for shift selection.

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and digital solutions to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

The role involves:

• Greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Assisting with products, services, and store features
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting various guest services including order pickup and drive-up
