About On Demand Work

You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs and shift availability. As an On-Demand TM, you will pick up shifts via our myTime app, respond to contact attempts, and actively engage in your work schedule.

Regular attendance and responsiveness are essential. You must work at least once every 4-6 months to maintain employment, with specific policies effective from December 2024.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and engaging with guests authentically.
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and offering solutions related to products, services, and store features.
• Scan, bag, and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Promote Target’s loyalty programs and assist with digital services like Wallet and Target App features.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Handle cash and support cash office operations as needed.
• Follow safety policies, de-escalate guest concerns, and support a positive shopping environment.
• Perform other duties as required based on business needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and operate technology equipment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and stand/move for the duration of shifts.
