ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app.

Active engagement is required: you must pick up and work shifts regularly, respond to contact attempts, and work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If unable to meet these requirements, employment may be terminated.

Upon employment, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in short-term training. Afterward, shifts are scheduled through the myTime app.

SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, your role involves welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, and promoting store services and digital capabilities to foster guest loyalty.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, greet guests authentically, and assist with their needs.
• Operate tools and systems efficiently, including scanning, bagging, and processing returns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, support store operations, and ensure safety and compliance.
