Starting Hourly Rate: $17.50 USD per hour.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on providing exceptional guest service, assisting with store services, and creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, promoting store offerings, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with products, services, and checkout processes efficiently and accurately.
• Support store operations, including merchandise handling and maintaining a clean work area.
• Promote Target's loyalty programs and digital features like Wallet and Target App.
• Handle returns, de-escalate issues, and support order pickup and drive-up services.
