About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts is required, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024).

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term training schedule. The myTime app allows you to select shifts that suit your availability.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your typical day includes:

• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assisting guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Operating tools and systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and fulfillments.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Supporting various store functions including order pickup, drive-up, and cash handling.
