ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with schedules varying based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months from December 2024), is required to maintain employment.

Attendance and active participation are essential. You will attend a Target orientation and structured training. Afterward, shifts are scheduled through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, promoting store services, and ensuring quick, easy shopping. Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and greet guests authentically.
• Assist guests based on body language and verbal cues.
• Be knowledgeable about products and services to resolve issues and enhance the guest experience.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including returns and loyalty sign-ups.
• Support store cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
