About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement and response to contact are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Role Expectations

As a Guest Advocate, your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations
• Greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Using store tools and knowledge to assist guests effectively
• Handling transactions, returns, and supporting store services
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates are excited to work in a dynamic environment, enjoy interacting with people, and are committed to excellent service. Basic skills include effective communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to operate technology and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds.
