This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like, depending on store needs and your availability. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile app, with active engagement required to maintain employment.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, your primary focus is on providing exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and supporting store operations in various capacities including cashiering, general merchandise, and food and beverage services. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues, and respond appropriately.
• Utilize store tools and knowledge to resolve guest issues and promote store offerings.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions while maintaining safety standards.
• Engage guests with information about current promotions, loyalty programs, and store services.
• Support order pick-up, drive-up, and other guest services with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock supplies, and support safety policies.
