About On-Demand Roles

You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs. As an On-Demand team member, you will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement and active communication are required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests
• Understand guest needs through body language and conversation
• Operate tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience
