On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1017)

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) and enjoy a flexible schedule working in various departments including General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style.

Role Overview

This position offers the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, with shifts scheduled via the myTime app. Regular attendance and active engagement in picking up shifts are required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests
• Operate registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with product knowledge, store services, and digital features like the Target App and Wallet
• Support order pick-up, Drive Up, and gift registry services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety policies and support cash office operations as needed
