About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement and responding to contact attempts are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 5-6 months to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your day may include:

• Providing exceptional guest service and greeting all guests warmly.
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues.
• Using store tools, products, and services to assist guests.
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Promoting Target’s loyalty programs and services.
• Supporting order pickup, drive-up, and registry services.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Supporting cash office operations and other duties as needed.
