ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. We require your active engagement in picking up and working shifts, and responding to our contact attempts.

Regular attendance is necessary. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) or face administrative termination. You will need to attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features to drive adoption and guest loyalty. Ensuring quick and easy shopping experiences at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and pickup options.

Skills developed in this role include communicating with guests, problem-solving, adapting to various situations, and promoting store benefits and services.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming environment
• Assisting guests with inquiries, product knowledge, and store services
• Scanning, bagging, and handling transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies
• Supporting safety, compliance, and guest service standards

Basic requirements:
