All About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by picking up and working shifts is required to maintain employment. Attendance and active participation are essential; failure to work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) may result in termination.

All About Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits, including loyalty programs and digital features. Your role involves creating a welcoming environment, assisting with transactions, and resolving guest concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest experience
2. Greet guests authentically and offer assistance proactively
3. Understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues
4. Engage with guests to understand their needs and promote store offerings
5. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, including returns and support for order pickup and drive-up services
6. Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies
7. Support safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures
8. Assist with guest services like order pickup, drive-up, and registry
9. Follow all policies and procedures, including safety and legal compliance

What We Are Looking For

We seek energetic, guest-focused individuals who enjoy teamwork, problem-solving, and engaging with customers. Skills include effective communication, attentiveness, adaptability, and a helpful attitude. Prior experience is not required as training will be provided.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to handle cash register operations and support cash office functions
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and perform tasks safely
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement in shift work and responsiveness to contact attempts
• Ability to work in varying environments and remain mobile during shifts
