About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular attendance and active engagement in picking up shifts are required to maintain employment. You will need to attend a Target orientation and complete training. The myTime app is used for shift selection.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support cash office operations
• Assist with merchandise handling, stocking, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Promote Target's benefits and loyalty programs
• Follow safety policies and support a culture of ethical conduct

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent guest service
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
