About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4-6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities: Advocate for guest experience by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests, promoting store services, and ensuring smooth checkout and order fulfillment processes. Maintain store cleanliness, support safety and compliance policies, and assist with various store functions as needed.
