About On Demand Work

You can work as much or as little as you like, with your schedule varying based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you won't be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via the myTime app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required, with a minimum of once every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Failure to meet this requirement may lead to employment termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Understand and promote store products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Operate registers efficiently, handle returns, and assist with order pick-up and drive-up services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support cash operations, and comply with safety policies.
