About On Demand Work

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment.

Regular attendance and responsiveness to contact attempts are necessary. You must work at least one shift every 4 months (minimum of four hours), with a transition to every 5 months starting December 2024. You will attend a Target orientation and training upon hiring.

As a Guest Advocate, your focus is on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their shopping experience is positive.
