You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.
Regular attendance is necessary. You must work at least one shift every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), with some flexibility for personal circumstances. If you do not respond to contact attempts or work within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024), your employment may be terminated.
Participation in a Target orientation and training schedule is required. Shifts are picked up through the myTime app.
Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and loyalty programs. They are knowledgeable about store capabilities and solutions that drive guest loyalty.
