Position Overview

This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like. As an On-Demand TM, you'll create your schedule by picking shifts via our myTime app, responding to contact attempts, and maintaining active engagement. Regular attendance and at least one shift every 4-6 months are required to remain employed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, greeting and assisting guests efficiently and authentically.
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support cash office functions accurately.
• Assist with merchandise handling, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Promote Target's products, services, and loyalty programs to enhance guest experiences.
• Support store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and returns while ensuring compliance with policies.

Additional Details
