Starting Hourly Rate: $19.25 USD per hour. Pay Range: $19.25 - $28.90 USD per hour.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and supporting store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and returns. You will also promote Target’s benefits and services, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Operate registers efficiently and accurately, handle merchandise, and support store cleanliness and safety.
• Promote and explain Target’s loyalty programs and digital features.
• Assist with returns, de-escalate issues, and support store operations as needed.
