About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required. You will be contacted periodically to confirm your availability, and failure to respond or work within specified timeframes may result in termination. Attendance and responsiveness are critical for success in this role. You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term training schedule. Afterward, shifts are picked via the myTime app.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, your role includes welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, assisting with digital and in-store services, and making shopping easy and enjoyable. You will develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and promoting Target's benefits and services.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests with inquiries, product knowledge, and store services
• Scan, bag, and handle transactions efficiently and accurately
• Promote Target loyalty programs and digital features
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety policies and support cash office operations as needed
• Perform other duties based on business needs
