ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular attendance and active engagement in picking up and working shifts are required.

You must respond to our contact attempts and work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid administrative termination.

Should you be offered this role, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. Afterward, shifts can be picked up through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption and guest loyalty. Focused on making shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service
• Greeting guests and observing their needs
• Using store tools, products, and services to assist guests
• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
• Minimizing wait times while maintaining service quality
• Promoting Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services
• Assisting with returns, de-escalating issues, and supporting guest services
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts
