ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement by working shifts and responding to contact attempts is required. Failure to respond or work at least one shift within 5-6 months may result in termination.

Your communication and ability to work when needed are critical. You will attend a Target orientation and structured training before using the myTime app to pick shifts.

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction, recovery, and digital services, ensuring quick and easy shopping experiences.

Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service
• Greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Using store tools and services to assist guests
• Efficiently scanning, bagging, and handling transactions
• Supporting order pick-up and drive-up services
• Maintaining a clean work area and supporting safety and compliance

• Willing to learn and operate store technology

Requirements include:

• Handling cash and merchandise safely
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement in shift work every 4-6 months
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally
