On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1814)

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier), supporting various store functions including General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to create your own work hours via our mobile scheduling app.

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour

About On-Demand Role

This role allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by store leaders or team members. Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests
• Understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Operate tools, products, and services knowledgeably to enhance guest experience
• Efficiently scan, bag, and handle guest transactions
• Promote store benefits and loyalty programs
• Support order pickup, Drive Up, and registry services
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety policies and support cash handling procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally
