ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months from December 2024), to maintain employment.

Upon being offered the role, attendance at a Target orientation and training will be required. The myTime app will be used to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product and service inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
