About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with schedule flexibility based on store needs. This role involves creating your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement and response to contact are required to maintain employment. Attendance and working at least one shift every 4-6 months are necessary to prevent termination.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction, recovery, and promoting store services and benefits. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, processing transactions, supporting store services like order pickup and drive-up, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring safety and compliance.

• Willingness to learn about products and services to assist guests effectively.

Physical Requirements & Schedule

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active engagement via shift pickup and response to contact is essential.
