All About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required to maintain employment. You will need to attend a Target orientation and complete training. The myTime app allows you to select shifts that fit your schedule.

All About Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Responsible for making shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional guest service

• Scanning, bagging, and handling items efficiently and accurately
• Minimizing wait times while maintaining service quality
• Promoting Target loyalty programs and fulfillment services
• Assisting with returns, de-escalation, and recovery of guest experiences
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting safety, compliance, and cash operations
