The role focuses on events, data review, content development, and outreach while building skills in higher education, customer service, and professional administration. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled RCC student for the 2026-2027 academic year.
• Must have an active Federal Work-Study award and remaining eligibility.
• Maintain SAP per institutional and financial-aid requirements.
• Complete required student-employment and payroll documentation before starting.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and provide approved information about Transfer Services programs, events, and resources.
• Assist with organizing published transfer materials, articulation resources, contact lists, and event information.
• Support transfer fairs and workshops through setup, registration, check-in, materials, and attendance tracking.
• Perform routine research and data entry using publicly available or staff-approved sources.
• Assist with approved outreach and reminder communications.
• Do not interpret transfer-credit decisions or provide official transfer advising.
