Applicants must be enrolled at RCC for 2026-2027 and have Federal Work-Study eligibility. The assignment runs Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 with a supervised, part-time schedule and campus-based duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and visitors and provide approved information about Student Life programs and campus resources.
• Assist with event registration, check-in, attendance tracking, room setup, materials, and breakdown.
• Prepare flyers, packets, sign-in sheets, and other routine program materials using approved content.
• Support basic outreach through approved email, tabling, and campus communication activities.
• Maintain organized program files, supply inventories, and participation records.
• Refer policy, conduct, crisis, advising, or other professional-service questions to appropriate RCC staff.
