• Must complete required certification to proctor examinations within 20 business days of hire.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization and time-management.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills when working with students and staff.
• Proficiency with Banner, RegisterBlast, and testing platforms.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, testing security and exam integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and proctor a variety of examinations in the Testing and Assessment Center.
• Prepare testing materials and support students throughout the testing process.
• Ensure the testing center is prepared and secure each day.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff and external partners to support student success.
