Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old due to test regulations
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week within business hours
• Able to work at least 15 additional hours during extended hours weeks
• Maintain a consistent work schedule and follow procedures precisely
• Handle secure and confidential information with care
• Provide courteous customer service in a team-based environment
• Capable of performing well under high-stress situations

Responsibilities

• Admit testers in and out of the facility and verify registrations and IDs
• Proctor exams using camera systems and monitoring software
• Perform office-administrative tasks and maintain facility cleanliness
• Shred sensitive documents and manage test materials
• Respond to emails and assist with special projects as needed
