Job summary

SAE Campus seeks a Student Advisor to guide students, monitor SAP status with the Registrar, and promote engagement across campus. You will collaborate with campus leadership to improve services and provide academic coaching to help students stay on track.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to student success, retention, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher with two years in higher education advising.
• Strong English communication, written and oral.
• Knowledge of academic records in higher education.
• Ability to relate to staff, faculty, and students.
• Collaborative, proactive with change and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Advise students and monitor SAP status with Registrar.
• Track attendance and contact absent students after two absences.
• Meet regularly with Student Success Manager or Campus Director of Education to review progress.
• Plan and execute student events (Orientation, Re-Entry Orientation, Graduation).
• Support student engagement activities, including campus clubs and activities.
