Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an Ensign College student (≥6 credits) in good standing.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Successful completion of at least one semester at Ensign College.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist full-time Academic Advisors in supporting new, continuing, and returning students across multiple modalities.
• Evaluate student needs and help develop goals and plans for success.
• Advise students on programs, coursework, and registration; explain graduation requirements.
• Connect students to college and community resources.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA.
• Coordinate with Registrar and Academic Advisor to ensure degree audits.
• Uphold college policies and support student success.
