Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures in person, by telephone and/or via MyChart inquiries.
• Greet patients and verify health history, insurance, and required documentation during check-in and check-out.
• Triage calls, forward inquiries, and consult clinical staff on medical questions as needed.
• Coordinate with SHCC and other departments to support scheduling needs and administrative functions.
