Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for The Quarters Manhattan in Manhattan, Kansas. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, and support daily property operations to achieve leasing goals.

Responsibilities include customer service, on-campus outreach, and coordinating events, with rotating nights and weekends. Compensation is $12.00 per hour plus commission potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Current enrollment at the local university and status as a current/future resident is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leases and renewals through peer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct tours and represent the property on and off campus.
• Support day-to-day property operations and turnover procedures.
• Open/close the office and maintain professional appearance.
• Assist in move-ins/move-outs and events.
