Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Current university enrollment and plan to reside locally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and staff.
• Conduct property and unit tours; present leasing options and community features.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Assist with day-to-day property operations and events.
• Support on-site operations during turnover periods, including nights and weekends.
