Job summary

The Quarters Gainesville, operated by Tailwind Group, is seeking a Community Assistant to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and drive leasing activity on campus and beyond. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day office tasks, and help achieve occupancy goals while representing the property professionally.

This in-office role requires a flexible schedule, includes weekend shifts at times, and offers hourly compensation with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• On-campus resident outreach and tours experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and prospects.
• Maintain property grounds and tour path, model unit, and amenities.
• Serve as first point of contact for prospective residents and inquiries.
• Conduct property and unit tours and present leasing options.
• Maintain follow-up communication to maximize conversions.
• Drive leasing traffic through on-campus outreach and peer networking.
• Assist in resident events and move-ins/move-outs.
• Open/close office and ensure professional appearance.
