Job summary

Tailwind Group in Oxford, MS is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for The Quarters Oxford. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, and support day-to-day office operations to drive leasing and occupancy goals.

This fully in-office role requires a minimum of 12 hours per week (nights/weekends as needed) at a competitive $12.00 per hour plus commission potential, with current university enrollment preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current enrollment at local university is highly preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects, conduct property tours and answer questions about features.
• Provide excellent customer service and support day-to-day property operations.
• Assist in leasing and occupancy efforts to meet goals.
• Open, close, and maintain office, clubhouse, and model unit per standards.
• Support events, move-ins/outs, and after-hours lockouts as assigned.
• Maintain curb appeal and coordinate communications through property systems.
