Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our campus team at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. You will provide onsite IT hardware and software support, manage tickets, and coordinate with vendors for warranty service.

Responsibilities include configuring devices, supporting Windows, Mac OS, and basic Linux, administering accounts, and delivering end-user training sessions. Travel to Austin, TX for training and projects is required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level II help desk support or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure and end-user computing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint Online preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT hardware/software support to campus users.
• Respond to outages and manage tickets with SLA tracking.
• Configure and deploy devices, imaging, and onboarding of new hires.
