Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative in Harrisonburg, VA to deliver and support IT infrastructure for our clients. You will manage on-site appointments, configure hardware, and assist with network and software tasks across Windows, Mac OS, and cloud services.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of help desk experience, familiarity with AD, and ticketing systems. This role emphasizes customer service, timely responses, and collaboration with vendors for warranty support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware and software support.
• Experience using a ticketing system and remote desktop support.
• Familiarity with AD user accounts and file permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Respond to outages and manage onsite appointments within SLA.
• Configure and support hardware including laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Manage accounts, devices, and equipment for new hires and terminations.
• Operate and document tickets in the help desk system and escalate when needed.
