• Identify maintenance issues, initiate projects and oversee corrective actions by staff and contractors.
• Oversee annual performance evaluations and counsel staff on performance and discipline.
• Maintain safety standards and assist with safety investigations and reports; monitor life safety systems.
• Monitor budget and monthly operating statements to ensure budgetary goals.
