Deliver a well-maintained, clean, safe, and secure living experience for students and guests; supporting at least 50 technical service employees in a variety of housing options for over 3,500 students with direction supervision of 8-15 employees in 3-4 buildings with 600-1,000 residents. APPA credential of Educational Facilities Professional (EFP) or Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) preferred but not required.
