Job summary

You will contribute to staff development, crisis response, and program planning, including summer responsibilities and on-call coverage beyond regular hours.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Student Personnel/Counseling or related area preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Resident Assistants and conducts regular supervision meetings.
• Plans and evaluates a residential curriculum and promotes engagement.
• Advises student groups and facilitates conflict mediation and conduct processes.
• Maintains safety, builds campus partnerships, and supports staff development.
