Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) seeks an Assistant Director of Operations at Millennium Hall, Towson University, to oversee leasing activities, occupancy, and delinquency management. This live-off position requires professional interaction with residents and internal/external customers.

The role reports to the Area Manager and will manage an Office Manager, oversee data entry, and contribute to turnover and reporting processes; a strong customer-service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in student housing operations or property management.
• Supervisory experience of full-time staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work after-hours on-call rotation and within 30 minutes on campus.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• In-office work Monday–Friday during posted hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leasing process and online applications.
• Respond to prospect and resident inquiries regarding leasing and move-in.
• Maintain resident data in the database (Entrada and University Residential Systems).
• Coordinate re-leasing and turnover processes.
• Supervise Office Manager and approve payroll.
• Submit weekly and monthly occupancy and delinquency reports.
• Handle on-site after-hours on-call duties and emergencies.
